DELTA CHI FRATERNITY ANNOUNCES THE PROMOTION OF SETH KARDON TO DIRECTOR OF MEMBER SAFETY

INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – The Delta Chi Fraternity proudly announces the promotion of Seth Kardon, East Stroudsburg ’17, to the position of Director of Member Safety at the International Headquarters Staff (IHQ), effective January 1, 2024.

As Assistant Director of Member Safety, Kardon showcased exceptional dedication, forward-thinking, and an impeccable work ethic, leaving an indelible mark on the Fraternity team. His unique approach and charismatic personality have contributed significantly to the team’s success. Kardon has demonstrated outstanding leadership qualities, bringing invaluable perspectives and practical solutions to our fraternity.

Seth Kardon’s journey with Delta Chi began at East Stroudsburg University in 2014, where he studied political science. Over the years, he held key positions within the East Stroudsburg Chapter, including “A” – President, two years as “B” – Vice President, and “D” – Treasurer. His commitment to the fraternity’s values and ability to navigate challenging conversations have set him apart.

Davis Millard, the Associate Executive Director and COO, expressed confidence in Kardon’s abilities, stating, “Seth will be an incredible asset in this elevated role, and I am eager to witness the positive changes he will bring. His dedication and adeptness at holding individuals accountable make him exceptionally well-suited for this position.”

Kardon’s return to his hometown of Philadelphia, PA, did not mark a departure from Delta Chi but rather a continuation of his involvement. Seth served as the founding Alumni Advisor for the recently chartered Temple Chapter and later became the Assistant Director of Member Safety.

In addition to his professional achievements, Seth Kardon is known for his love of family, his wife Allie, and his rescue dog Foles. Outside of his dedication to Delta Chi, he enjoys exploring Philadelphia’s vibrant restaurant scene, all things Philadelphia Sports, and making summer memories at the Jersey shore.
