Inactive Status Change

Once complete, log into Vault > Chapter > Member Roster and update the member status to "Former member - inactive." Member status changes made without corresponding information in 1A, 1B, 1C or 1D (correctly completed) will be reversed.

If you are reporting new Associate Members in this CMR, remember that all new Associate Members are REQUIRED to have their grades verified. The GRADE VERIFICATION FORM is available on the Fraternity website here. It is expected that the Grade Verification Form is completed and signed within 2 weeks of the Associate Member Ceremony (pinning).
