Resign my membership with Delta Chi International Fraternity inc.

Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be reversed. You agree to no longer associate in any way with any chapter or provisional chapter in Delta Chi. You will not be permitted to attend Delta Chi undergraduate or alumni functions, or to involve yourself with any Delta Chi activity or business matter. Delta Chi’s records will be updated to indicate your resignation. You will no longer be contacted or receive any correspondence from the Fraternity. Delta Chi is a member of the North American Interfraternity Conference (NIC). The NIC forbids any initiate of any member organization to resign and then request to become an initiate of another member organization. Any outstanding balances owed to your local chapter or provisional chapter remain valid and are to be addressed with that local chapter or colony. The Fraternity grants you this request to resign your membership fully only with your understanding that you are not to share any of Delta Chi’s secrets with anyone. This is still your obligation to uphold this requirement for life.
