In 2024, Delta Chi is excited to present the new Regional Leadership Conference (RLC) format. As voted on by our members at the 2023 Regional Leadership Conferences, RLCs will now be known as the Regional Leadership Academy (RLA). RLA will occur each year in January. This year, RLA will be held in four different locations during January 12-15, 2024. RLA will include:

• Officer Training
• Executive Board Goal Setting
• Recruitment Training
• Dale Carnegie Scholars
