INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – The Delta Chi Fraternity and Executive Director Jerod Breit are excited to welcome the addition of Nolan Spaenhower as the Coordinator of Volunteer Engagement, effective January 9, 2023.

“Nolan is a dynamic thinker and creative problem solver. His experiences as a campus-based and a headquarters professional make him a great addition to our robust team, said Ross Dickneite, Director of Alumni Engagement and Relations. “I look forward to seeing all that Nolan will accomplish at Delta Chi.”

In this role, Spaenhower will serve Delta Chi by designing and implementing recruitment strategies to fill volunteer vacancies within the Fraternity. Spaenhower brings with him a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville (SIUE) and a master’s degree in College Student Personnel Administration. While at SIUE, he joined Sigma Phi Epsilon and spent two years on the Interfraternity Council as the VP of Philanthropy and Community Service. He was later named the Interfraternity Council Outstanding Leader of the Year.

In his free time, Spaenhower enjoys traveling, photography, hiking, and spending time with his family and friends. He loves facilitating programs around the country including his past experience facilitating at Delta Chi Regional Leadership Conferences and “A”s’ Academies.
