INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana –The Delta Chi International Fraternity delightfully welcomes Chase Strother as the new Director of Marketing & Communications, effective September 28, 2023. Strother brings the Fraternity extensive knowledge of digital marketing trends and creative expertise. He will oversee the Fraternity’s marketing and communication initiatives to enhance the Delta Chi brand and elevate the brotherhood experience for our members, friends of the Fraternity, and stakeholders.
“I love telling stories all across the world with a camera, pen, and computer. I am excited to bring my experiences and creativity to the table in hopes of advancing the work of the Delta Chi Fraternity,” said Strother. “It’s clear that Delta Chis work hard to build each other up into members that impact the world, and I can’t wait to tell their impactful story.”
Hailing from Southern Indiana, Strother grew up wanting to make things. From legos to woodworking, he always had to take something apart and put it back together, which led him to marketing and content creation. After gaining his advertising degree from the University of Southern Indiana, Strother worked for Indiana University in Nonprofit publishing until meeting his wife and moving to Indianapolis in 2022. Since then, he has worked in digital marketing and consulting for small businesses and organizations.
Throughout his career, Strother has consistently driven company success by fostering engagement and building a culture of excellence in his work. His unique perspective promises to inject new energy and innovation into Delta Chi’s projects and initiatives.

Strother enjoys spending time with his friends and family, cooking, thrifting, and always being the first person to win in a foot race (especially if they are running towards a new restaurant.) You can usually find him on the Monan trail enjoying the city life of Carmel, Indiana.
