INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – The Delta Chi Fraternity is excited to welcome Kourtnee Jones to the International Headquarters (IHQ) staff as Director of Services, effective January 31, 2024.

“The Fraternity is excited to welcome Kourtnee to staff,” said Davis Millard, Associate Executive Director & COO. “Her proven leadership and approach to servicing our chapters, focusing on enhancing the member experience, will further the impact of Delta Chi.” 

Jones previously served as the Assistant Director of Collegiate Services for Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity Headquarters, where she cultivated a new chapter support program, participated in launching member retention programs, and supported the organization’s operations. Her impactful experiences as an undergraduate inspired her to pursue a career in which she can advance the industry and contribute to students having a meaningful experience. 

“I am ready to jump in and assist in the journey of members becoming the best version of themselves and advancing the mission of Delta Chi,” said Jones. 

Kourtnee graduated from Indiana State University with a degree in organizational communication. She is a member of Alpha Chi Omega. Jones resides in Indianapolis with her wife and goldendoodle named Dude. In her spare time, she enjoys CrossFit, traveling, and baking.
