DELTA CHI FRATERNITY ANNOUNCES HEDRICK HIRED AS COORDINATOR OF CHAPTER SERVICES
INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – The Delta Chi Fraternity is excited to welcome Maddy (Madeline) Hedrick to the International Headquarters (IHQ) staff as Coordinator of Chapter Services, effective September 16, 2024.
“Maddy is an incredible addition to the chapter services team,” said Kourtnee Jones, Director of Chapter Services. “Her experience working for her organization and then as a campus-based professional will benefit our members.”
Hedrick previously worked as a Leadership Consultant for Alpha Sigma Alpha, IFC Advisor at Iowa State University, and as an Assistant Director of Sorority and Fraternity life at Cornell University. In those roles, Hedrick gained valuable experience in providing comprehensive support and guidance to collegiate members of fraternities and sororities.
“I am looking forward to working closely with chapter members and campus partners to create spaces of friendship and belonging on all campuses where Delta Chi chapters thrive,” said Hedrick.

DELTA CHI FRATERNITY ANNOUNCES JACE UCHTMAN HIRED AS LEADERSHIP CONSULTANT
INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – Delta Chi is excited to welcome Jace Uchtman to the team as a Leadership Consultant, effective September 16, 2024. Jace brings tremendous experience and enthusiasm to the team,” said Alex Hart, Director of Growth. “His leadership roles within Delta Chi and the Public Relations Student Society, as well as his passion for fostering connections within our fraternity, will be invaluable as we continue to grow.”

e was initiated into Delta Chi at Central Missouri in Spring 2021 and has held several key leadership roles, including Delta Chi Chapter C and Public Relations Chair. Outside the fraternity, he served as President, Vice President, and Social Media Chair for the Public Relations Student Society. In 2023, Jace was recognized with 3rd Place for Student Employee of the Year.
Reflecting on his time in Delta Chi, Jace shared, “My favorite memory from undergrad was attending the International Convention and meeting brothers from all over the country.”
Looking forward to his new role, Jace said, “I’m excited about the opportunity to contribute to Delta Chi’s growth, travel across the country, and connect with more brothers!”
