Delta Chi Announces Expansions at Ball State University

INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – The Delta Chi International Fraternity is excited to announce that it will return to Ball State University in fall 2024. Delta Chi rejoins the Ball State community after a decade of growth. Originally expanding to Ball State in 1958, the Fraternity spent 44 years on campus and has initiated over 1000 Members since its founding.

Ball State

Ball State University is a public research university in Muncie, Indiana. With a total undergraduate enrollment of more than 15,000 students, Ball State is the fourth-largest institution in the state of Indiana. Ball State offers over 120 undergraduate majors and over 100 graduate-level programs to choose from, including specialized concentrations across seven academic colleges.

More than 1,300 students are members of the fraternity and sorority community at Ball State, and the community has boasted a higher average GPA than the university average for more than a decade. Ball State is home to 30 organizations governed by three councils. Fraternities and sororities at Ball State strive to enhance the college experience by challenging their members to achieve academic excellence, develop their leadership potential, and give back to the local community.

At Ball State, Delta Chi has another outstanding partner in our effort to prioritize and promote the growth of our organization.

Alumni interested in supporting our newest chapter can contact Nolan Spaenhower, Coordinator of Volunteer Engagement. If you want to learn more about the expansion project, please contact Alex Hart, Director of Field Operations.
