INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – The Delta Chi Fraternity is thrilled to announce the hiring of Dalton Vaughn (High Point ‘24), Matthew Carey (Lake Forest ‘24), Mark Grogan (Southeast Missouri ’24), and Toan Phan (Spring Hill ‘24) as Leadership Consultants effective June 3, 2024. These individuals will join the expansion team and establish new provisional chapters including recruitment, education, and chapter operations. As part of the Field Operations team, these consultants will also support the recruitment and growth of Delta Chi provisional and chartered chapters.
