DALE CARNEGIE PARTNERS WITH DELTA CHI IN FIRST-EVER FRATERNITY PROGRAM LAUNCH

INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – In a first-of-its-kind partnership, the Delta Chi Fraternity is launching the Delta Chi Dale Carnegie Scholars program. This partnership provides premier professional leadership development and skills-based training experiences to our collegiate and alumni members.

In the program’s first year, one collegiate member from every Delta Chi chapter across North America can earn college credit as they engage in the proven, eight-week Dale Carnegie Course®. These scholars will develop critical professional and life-leadership skills today’s employers are seeking, culminating in an exclusive Dale Carnegie certification.

“We want every Delta Chi – young and old – to have the opportunity to grow through the same coaching that Fortune 100 companies invest in, and this program is just the start,” said Jerod Breit, Executive Director & CEO. “We partnered with Dale Carnegie, because they have a century of experience and a track record in developing leaders. This initiative will give our members a leg up in college and beyond as they pursue their dreams.”

Dale Carnegie’s world-renowned program is based on more than 100 years of experience and is designed to build greater self-confidence, strengthen people skills, enhance communication, develop leadership skills, reduce stress, and improve attitudes.

Beginning in February, each Delta Chi Dale Carnegie Scholar will attend the program’s first session at one of the Fraternity’s nine Regional Leadership Conferences (RLCs). There, they will meet and engage with a cohort of peers. After the RLC, the cohort will learn virtually through seven additional sessions during the spring term, building a supportive network while bolstering their resumes and the opportunity to earn official college credit.

In addition to the Scholars program, all collegiate and alumni attendees at Delta Chi’s Regional Leadership Conferences will benefit from a Dale Carnegie leadership workshop, introducing the program’s core tenants and broadening the impact of this partnership from the start. Throughout the year – free of charge – Delta Chis can expect even more from the partnership with Dale Carnegie through four additional virtual programs.

“Preparing men that are confident and ready to take on their professional pursuits is a priority in the Delta Chi Fraternity experience,” said “AA” Patrick Alderdice, International President. “We are proud Dale Carnegie chose Delta Chi as a partner and proud to offer this life-changing opportunity to our members.”
