INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – The Delta Chi Fraternity and Executive Director, Jerod Breit, are excited to welcome Seth Kardon, East Stroudsburg ‘17, to the International Headquarters Staff (IHQ) as the Assistant Director of Member Safety, effective January 3, 2023. 

“Brother Kardon is going to make a great addition to the Fraternity Staff, bringing outside perspectives, practical solutions, and a one of a kind approach,” Breit said. “His forward thinking, impeccable work ethic, and charismatic personality are just a few of the traits that he brings to the team. We couldn’t be more excited.”

Kardon previously worked for the Fraternity as an intern and then as a Leadership Consultant, departing staff in 2018. Kardon attended East Stroudsburg University where he studied political science. He joined the East Stroudsburg Chapter in 2014 and held several positions for the chapter, including “A” – President, two years as “B” – Vice President, and “D” – Treasurer. 

“Seth will be an incredible addition to the team in this role and I am excited to see what he will accomplish,” Davis Millard, Director of Member Safety said. “His dedication to the Fraternity, and ability to have difficult conversations to hold individuals accountable will make him successful in this role.” 

After departing staff, Kardon returned home to Philadelphia, PA where he currently resides. He has maintained involvement with Delta Chi, serving as the founding “BB” – Alumni Advisor, for the recently chartered Temple Chapter. There, he advised the men on chapter operations and risk management. 

Kardon enjoys spending time with his family, fiancé Allie, and rescue dog Foles. You can always find him exploring Philadelphia’s restaurant scene or visiting the Jersey shore in the summertime!
