Phil Moffat, Kettering-A ’18, began his tenure as a volunteer while still an undergraduate member, serving on the Ritual Committee.  His excitement for providing meaningful opportunities for our members to connect and live out our Ritual paved the way for his appointment to continue to serve on the committee as a young alumnus after graduation.  He continues to work to ensure that our members and ceremonies resonate and are impactful for all involved.

Phil didn’t waste any time in finding opportunities to stay involved in Delta Chi after graduation. In addition to his service on our Ritual Committee, Phi has continued to attend Fraternity programs like the Regional Leadership Conferences and International Convention. His passion is clear to all who interact with him. He sets a great example for all of our young alumni.”

Moffat was a very involved undergraduate leader, serving as an inaugural Emerging Leaders’ Academy intern and being an active part of the Ritual Committee. It’s not uncommon to see members start to drift away from the Fraternity as soon as they graduate.  Moffat, however, is a model of how you can be a young professional, and still be actively involved in Delta Chi.  The Fraternity is grateful for the example that Phil provides for all our members, undergraduate and alumnus alike.
