UIFI is the interfraternal leadership program that brings together undergraduate members of fraternities and sororities to explore and elevate their leadership in their chapters and communities. The program is designed for every collegiate fraternity and sorority leader, both in and out of formal positions. At UIFI, participants will spend five days learning with and from fraternity men and sorority women from across North America. They will explore the fraternity leader they want to be and where they can take their chapter/colony, council, or community. They will also enhance their leadership skills, develop personal awareness, and ignite commitment to their organization.
