The Foundation is seeking an energetic self-starter for this entry-level position who can communicate the goals of the Delta Chi Educational Foundation (“DCEF” or “Foundation”) to prospects within the brotherhood via both personal phone appeals as well as prescheduled regional events or conferences.

Applicants must be comfortable soliciting financial gifts and commitments from all forms of potential donors. Minimal travel will be required. A Bachelor-level degree or higher is required. Strong organizational, written and verbal communications skills will be essential.

A starting salary range will be in the $30’s, based upon applicable experience. Competitive benefits package, bonus structure and ongoing professional development shall be offered. Position will function as part of a “virtual” work environment, so personal accountability and time management will be of the highest priority in regards to desired skill sets.
