INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – The Delta Chi Fraternity is pleased to announce that Divante Hamilton, Ferrum ’16, has been promoted to Director of Fraternity Growth, as announced Monday, November 11, 2019. Hamilton previously served as the Fraternity Growth Coordinator and has been with the Delta Chi International Headquarters (IHQ) staff since June 2017.
“I am excited to see what Brother Hamilton can and will bring to the role,” Jerod Breit, Executive Director & CEO, said. “His ability to influence, inspire and engage our undergraduate brothers at the colony level has been outstanding and vital to their journey toward chartering, creating sustainable operations, and growing as a team.”
Hamilton joined IHQ as a Leadership Consultant and served in the role for over a year. He worked on expansion projects at Kent State University, the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, and the University of Alaska Anchorage. Additionally, he visited over 30 chapters in the Northeast and Midwest. He was promoted to Fraternity Growth Coordinator in winter 2018 and continued expansion work at the University of Nebraska Omaha while assisting with further development of all Delta Chi colonies.

Hamilton graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from Ferrum College while minoring in Psychology. He served as the chartering “B” and Ferrum Greek Council President during his undergraduate tenure.

passionate about developing men of action, growing the Delta Chi bond, and
helping all members, chapters, and colonies reach their full potential. He credits his experience in Delta Chi as
life changing and believes in the impact of doing fraternity right. His past experiences in Delta Chi have been a
catalyst for his passion, bringing continued success to the organization.
