IOWA CITY, Iowa – The role of a Leadership Consultant (LC) on the Delta Chi International Headquarters (IHQ) staff is not just a job, but a rare and unique chance to serve the Fraternity. During their tenure, LCs are constantly learning valuable skills that can transfer to any career field.

A career with IHQ is one that can take members coast to coast, supporting our existing chapters, beginning new colonies in exciting communities, and working with large networks of alumni in every corner of North America. Consultants get to visit new places they never could have dreamed of going, meet people they would never had the chance to otherwise, and support an organization that they’ve been involved in for some of the best parts of their lives. This all comes while bettering themselves, learning lifelong skills, and making a lasting impact on Delta Chi.

Delta Chi is growing every day.
