Assisting in the acquisition of a sound education is one of the Fraternity’s core values. For Brother Ralph Gigliotti Ph.D, Duquesne ‘07, he has dedicated his career to it. Brother Gilgliotti serves as the Director of Leadership Development and Research at the Center for Organizational Leadership at Rutgers University. In his work, he oversees a variety of leadership development initiatives, conducts research, and has written several books. Brother Gigliotti also teaches at Rutgers for the Department of Communication and the Ph.D. Program in higher education.
