The character of a man is the greatest measure of his potential. In Delta Chi, character is a core value and the cornerstone of the Fraternity.

Challenging yourself to take a leadership role, to chair a committee, to be the point guard for the intramural basketball team, to tutor a younger member in Calculus, or to simply be a member who lives according to the values of the Ritual and the Ten Basic Expectations all work to help develop your individual character.

Delta Chi's KEY (Keep Educating Yourself) Program also provides members with a four-year program designed to lead a member from associate membership through graduation in areas of expertise ranging from organizational skills to social etiquette, and service learning to career preparation. All of these experiences build on one another to assist our members to become moral leaders and gentlemen. Delta Chi exists to develop character in its members.
