Recruitment Chairman

The role of the recruitment chairman of a Delta Chi chapter or colony is one of organization, event planning, coordination and management of potential member information, and serves as the chairman of a chapter/colony recruitment committee. This position is suggested to be a one-semester/quarter term and is best elected as an assistant recruitment chairman the semester prior.
