DeltaChiStore.com is the official merchandise shop of the Delta Chi Fraternity. In an effort to offer a central resource for all chapters and alumni to order general and customized Delta Chi gear, the Delta Chi Fraternity has partnered with online retailer Advanced-Online to provide a one-stop-shop experience.
Offering a wide array of products, the Delta Chi Store provides a variety of apparel, gifts, memorabilia, golf, promotional, and event-related items. Many of the products are able to be customized to include your name or chapter, if desired. If you are unable to find an item or if you have a recommendation for merchandise to add, please contact the online store Customer Service Department.
The Delta Chi Store runs monthly promotions, so be sure to watch our blog and social media channels to catch these deals! Members of Delta Chi’s Board of Regents, International Headquarters Staff, and the Life Loyal Program receive discounts at the Delta Chi Store. Please log in at deltachistore.com under the appropriate tab to activate discounted pricing. Please contact Delta Chi Staff if you have questions or concerns about the discount program.
The Delta Chi International Headquarters Staff currently provides services to chapters and colonies of filling supply orders. Chapter and colony orders may only be placed by a current officer (ideally the “D”). When an order is submitted, all information will be varied by Delta Chi Staff prior to filling the order. A chapter or colony “BB” may place an order on behalf of the chapter, but this is not encouraged.
Supplies that can be ordered from IHQ include the basic items for operations (Cornerstones, AM pins, badges, thank you notes), jewelry/regalia (special badges, lapel pins, graduation stoles, commemorative coins), official collateral (flags, banners, founders’ composite), and ceremony supplies (Ritual supplies, AM Ceremony Manuals, Alumni Rededication Ceremony kits).
Expenses of orders placed on behalf of a chapter or colony will automatically be invoiced to chapter officers and applied to its international chapter account (which can be found through Vault). Please contact Delta Chi Staff if you have questions or concerns about this process.
You can still order classic Delta Chi merchandise through International Headquarters! While we outsource apparel and other popular items, we still hold a stock of inventory at Headquarters that we are happy to sell and distribute.
Shop our online merchandise to order items such as supplies, manuals, and regalia; special badges, lapel pins, and other jewelry; flags, banners, prints. Check back often as we will periodically add special, limited-edition items from time-to-time.
Please contact Delta Chi Staff if you have questions or concerns about ordering this merchandise.
Delta Chi is a proud partner of Herff Jones’s Greek Division. Check out their inventory of jewelry and memorabilia.
J. Brandt Recognition is another leading retailer in pins and badges.
Delta Chi has received a large donation of items by Raymond Borelli, “AA” Emeritus. All of Mr. Borelli’s items are over 30 years old and many come from the the Balfour Greek Jewelry company. Balfour is no longer producing fraternity merchandise under that title, but for several decades Balfour created jeweled and standard Delta Chi badges and other memorabilia. The proceeds of these items will benefit the Delta Chi Educational Foundation (this purchase is NOT considered a donation, and is therefore not eligible for lifetime giving credit or a tax-deductible gift). New auctions will be posted periodically – check back frequently! SHOP NOW
The Delta Chi Fraternity is the exclusive owner of Delta Chi trademarks, and it is our legal duty to protect them. In order to preserve the heritage of our name and to maintain ownership of our trademarks, we have a licensing program in place to monitor their use.
Any group or individual that wishes to trade on the goodwill associated with our marks, and benefit commercially from utilization of those marks, must become licensed in order to do so. A vendor is not required to become licensed in order to resell products produced by a licensed manufacturer, so long as they do not further embellish the product or expand on the use of the insignia. The trademarks include: the organization’s name, nicknames, Greek letters, Coat of Arms, Badge, symbols, and other insignia. Any and all commercial use of these marks (or any marks that are confusingly similar) must be granted through a license agreement.
The Delta Chi Fraternity recognizes certain vendors as “Authorized Licensed Vendors” of products or merchandise bearing the Fraternity’s name or symbols. These vendors work in cooperation with the Fraternity’s professional staff to develop and market Delta Chi products and services that reflect our Fraternity’s values.
Delta Chi partners with Affinity Consultants to administer licenses, and we are always looking for new quality vendors to add to our program. If you are interested in becoming licensed to sell Delta Chi products, you can find more information here.
