New Hires to Join IHQ Staff!

The Delta Chi Fraternity is pleased to announce the hiring of Nicki Rowlett as Director of Education and Leadership Programs. Nicki is a Michigan native and earned her baccalaureate from Central Michigan University in organizational communication, event management, and leadership. She then attended Ball State University to earn a master’s degree in student affairs administration in higher education, as well as a certificate in college and university teaching. Nicki has worked as a campus-based professional for five years in the areas of fraternity and sorority life, multicultural affairs, and conference management.

Prior to joining the staff at Delta Chi International Headquarters, she served as the Assistant Director for Fraternity and Sorority Life at Purdue University, where she was responsible for educational programs, advised the Purdue Cooperative Council (PCC), and the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC). Nicki is a proud member and active volunteer of the Delta Phi Epsilon International Sorority. Additionally, Nicki’s volunteerism benefits the Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity, the Association of Fraternal Leadership and Values, the North-American Interfraternity Conference, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors, where she currently serves as the Region III Director.

The Delta Chi Fraternity is pleased to announce the hiring of Kenny White (Pittsburgh ’18) as a Leadership Consultant. Kenny has his bachelor’s in rehabilitation science from the University of Pittsburgh, where he was initiated into the bond of Delta Chi in spring 2016. Kenny contributed to his chapter as its Associate Member Counselor and was active on Pitt’s IFC as an executive board member. Originally from Clarks Summit, PA, Kenny’s hobbies include being outdoors and experiencing nature, listening to a variety of music/podcasts, exploring new restaurants, and cheering on Philadelphia sports teams. Kenny has future interests of working in the higher education field with emphasis on fraternity and sorority life; leadership and student development; and diversity, inclusion, and social justice initiatives. He is beyond excited for this opportunity to serve Delta Chi as a Leadership Consultant.

The Delta Chi Fraternity is pleased to announce the hiring of Manuel “Manny” Macias (San Bernardino ’18) as a Leadership Consultant. Manuel will graduate in June with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies and aspires to serve in the role of a Dean of Students at an institution of higher education. His involvement in Delta Chi includes serving as the the founding “A”, Membership Development Chairman, and Public Relations Chairman of the San Bernardino Colony. Manuel was also involved with Student Government, serving as a new student Orientation Leader and a Student Mentor.
