INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – Nolan Burch was an 18-year-old freshman at West Virginia University when he died tragically after a fraternity big brother event. Due to a lack of education and inaction by those around him, Nolan lost his life.

We know that doing the right thing isn’t always easy, but Delta Chis are men of action.
