Hiring: Foundation Development Manager

Development Manager, Delta Chi Educational Foundation – An international fraternity foundation is seeking an individual to primarily focus on building support among current college undergraduate members and recent graduates, developing recurring donors and increasing donation amounts among those donating under $250 annually. The Foundation is seeking an energetic self-starter for this entry-level position who can communicate the goals of the Delta Chi Educational Foundation (“DCEF” or “Foundation”) to prospects within the brotherhood via both personal phone appeals as well as prescheduled regional events or conferences.

Applicants must be comfortable soliciting financial gifts and commitments from all forms of potential donors. Minimal travel will be required. A Bachelor-level degree or higher is required. Strong organizational, written and verbal communications skills will be essential.

A starting salary range will be in the $30’s, based upon applicable experience. Competitive benefits package, bonus structure and ongoing professional development shall be offered. Position will function as part of a “virtual” work environment, so personal accountability and time management will be of the highest priority in regards to desired skill sets.

Hiring: Foundation Director of Development

Director of Development, Delta Chi Educational Foundation – An international fraternity foundation is seeking an individual to focus on building support of our Trustee Society program through personal solicitation of recurring annual gifts ($1,000+) and/ or major one-time gifts. The Foundation is seeking an energetic self-starter for this position who can communicate the goals of the Delta Chi Educational Foundation (“DCEF” or “Foundation”) to prospects within the brotherhood, corporate partners and other friends of the fraternity through face-to-face personal visits and planned social events.

Applicants must be comfortable soliciting financial gifts and commitments from all forms of potential donors. Significant nationwide travel will be required in order to meet goals. A Bachelor-level degree or higher is required. Experience with demonstrable success in fundraising for other similar not-for-profit organizations will be heavily weighed. Strong organizational, written and verbal communications skills will be essential.

Based upon applicable experience, salary will be in the range of $43-53K. Competitive benefits package, bonus structure and ongoing professional development will be offered. Position will function as part of a “virtual” work environment, so personal accountability and time management will be of the highest priority in regards to desired skill sets.
